Welcome to Rabo Bite, an online bidding and auction platform. By registering on, accessing, or participating in any auction through Rabo Bite, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Refund Policy.

Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns and refunds will generally not be available for successfully purchased auction products, unless specifically permitted under Rabo Bite's applicable policy.
2. If, for any reason, a purchased or won product cannot be delivered to the customer, the payment made by the customer for that product will be refunded. The refund will be processed through the applicable payment method or to the relevant account, as per Rabo Bite's refund procedure.
3. Except in the case of non-delivery of the product, no return or refund claim shall be accepted, unless specifically permitted by Rabo Bite.
