Welcome to Rabo Bite, an online bidding and auction platform. By registering on, accessing, or participating in any auction through Rabo Bite, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Company Rights

1. Rabo Bite reserves the right to modify, update, add, or remove any of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. Users are responsible for reviewing the latest Terms & Conditions before participating in any auction.
3. By using Rabo Bite and participating in its auctions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable Terms & Conditions.

2. Bidding and Payment Process

1. Users must carefully review all product details before placing a bid. Once a bid has been placed, it cannot be withdrawn or cancelled.
2. The product/order will generally be awarded to the highest eligible bidder at the end of the auction.
3. If, for any reason, the highest bidder fails to complete the required process or becomes ineligible, Rabo Bite may offer the product to the next eligible highest bidder.
4. Rabo Bite reserves the right to cancel, reject, modify, or terminate an auction in case of technical issues, incorrect information, suspected misuse, violation of these Terms & Conditions, or any other valid reason.

3. Payment

1. The winning bidder is required to make the applicable payment within the time period specified by Rabo Bite.
2. Depending on the product or auction, 100% payment may be required in advance.
3. Payment of the Subscription Fee for a period of 30 days is mandatory to participate in bidding on the Rabo Bite platform. The Subscription Fee is non-refundable and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
4. If the winning bidder fails to make the required payment within the specified time period, Rabo Bite may cancel the winning bid and offer the product to another eligible bidder.
5. Applicable GST, taxes, delivery charges, or other applicable charges may be payable in addition to the winning bid amount.
6. Once payment has been successfully received, the order will be processed according to the applicable delivery terms.

4. Delivery

1. Delivery charges may vary depending on the product, quantity, delivery location, and delivery method.
2. The buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.
3. Any delay or failure caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer may be the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the product and delivery location.
5. All delivery charges, including applicable GST, shall be paid by the customer/buyer. Such delivery charges will be separate from and additional to the bid amount.
6. Rabo Bite may use third-party courier, logistics, or transportation services for delivery.
7. Rabo Bite will make reasonable efforts to facilitate delivery within the applicable timeframe but shall not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

5. Product & Delivery Responsibility

1. Rabo Bite will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the product is delivered as described in the auction listing.
2. If, due to any reason attributable to Rabo Bite, the purchased product cannot be delivered to the winning bidder, the applicable payment may be refunded subject to verification and the applicable Refund Policy.
3. Delivery charges may not be included in the auction price unless specifically mentioned in the product listing.
4. Rabo Bite shall not be responsible for delays caused by courier partners, transportation providers, natural events, government restrictions, incorrect customer information, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

6. Health Warning

1. Buyers are responsible for reviewing the product information, ingredients, usage instructions, warnings, and other relevant details before placing a bid.
2. Certain products may contain ingredients or substances that may not be suitable for every individual.
3. If you have any medical condition, allergy, dietary restriction, or other health-related concern, you should verify the product details before purchasing.
4. Rabo Bite shall not be responsible for any health issue, allergic reaction, illness, or other consequence arising from the use or consumption of a product where the relevant information or warning has been provided.
5. Buyers should consult a qualified medical professional where necessary before consuming or using a product.

7. Legal & Jurisdiction

1. Any dispute arising in connection with the use of Rabo Bite, its auctions, products, payments, or services shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the parties.
2. Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to the applicable laws of India.
3. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rewari, Haryana.
4. Under no circumstances shall the total liability of Rabo Bite exceed the total value of the respective order giving rise to such liability.
